From start to finish you was racist and not a very nice person in our Garage. You just seemed very angry and had a bad attitude towards us. You bought the Land rover Discovery and we delivered the 61 plate Land Rover to your house with Flowers for your wife. We noticed on the delivery of the car that there was a faint knocking noise from 12 year old land rover discovery 4 you bought from us the day before. It seemed like it was from the suspension when driving over bumpy surfaces and told you that we would fix it, if it bothered you. You then called the salesman and told him very bluntly that you have ordered the parts from a local garage and did not let him tell you that we would of got the parts a lot cheaper and fixed in house. Instead when he was trying to talk you lost your temper and thought we was trying to get out of paying for anything. As our previous customers will know, we are not that kind of Garage. We are not here to be shouted at by any one and treat people fairly. You have obviously had bad experiences with other garages and took it out on us. I hope you get the problem sorted out and sorry you had to leave us with this very nasty Review. This could of been such a simple Fix.
