The buying experience is made more awkward by the lack of a "traditional" forcourt - the office is on a separate site than the cars, which necessitates an appointment to be made. That said the vehicle was well present, and as described, and we were left alone to view the car with no hard sell. All questions were were answered readily, and follow questions were answered speedily.

Bought a car from them 1 week ago. 2014 Ford focus. Car itself is in good condition for its age. When I picked up the car was struggling with a bad back so looked around it best I could. Within 10 miles of leaving them the tyre pressure monitoring warning came on. Reported to them when I got home and told they would ring me back. 1 week later and no call. Just washed the car for the first time now I’m mobile again and every wheel is missing 1 wheel nut leaving only 4 on each instead of 5. This is very poor as there are 5 for a reason. After no call back about tyre pressure sensors will just sort myself at my cost. Would I recommend them, no. Nice blokes when you are there but aren’t all used car salesmen.

Hello, thank you for your honest review on our business. Firstly we are extremly sorry you had this experince with us, all of our staff have been on holiday hence why we have been deleyed getting back to you. I spoke to you personally on the phone when you reported the tire pressure issue and due to us rushing around and organising staff holidays it is my personal fault for not getting back in touch sooner, as I remember we were tying to orgnise a place that is nearer to you to get this issue fixed as you arn't local to us, you then told me how you local shop doesn't have a tire sensor reader they can only change tires, this is where I then said leave it with me to try and find a best solution for us both, sorry this didn't get resolved in time as I only just got back into the office. As for the wheel bolt issue I understand this is a big fault on our side. I have now only learnt our in house mechanic took off the locking wheel bolts to replace with standard bolts as losing a wheel key can be a big issue, we was waiting on the bolts to arrive and I wasn't made aware of this on the day of the sale, I can only apologise on my own behalf again as I didnt notice this or was aware of ths issue on the day of sale.
