🚨⚠️ Do not recommend⚠️🚨 31/05/2024THE WARRANTY THAT ISNT ACTUALLY WARRANTYBrought a car on finance in March. The second time driving it the engine light came on so I contacted R&K autohouse they said they would pay for any work done “under their warranty”. After going to my local garage and them telling me that the car shouldn’t have passed the MOT that R&K did and paying out £500 for parts and labour they then told me they was not going to pay out. So I had to bite the bullet for that one. 1 week later the engine light come back on so I get in contact with R&K where he tells me I’ve been thrashing the car because I’m 22 years old, back to my local garage I go. £150 for sensors and labour later they did not want to pay up for this either “under their warranty”…About 3 days later instrument cluster on the dash stops working at this point I’ve got no lights on the dash so I can’t drive at night as I can’t see the Speedo. £100 later after getting that fixed I then have no rear lights that’s no break lights and no number plate lights. The fun and games continue the battery dies which surprisingly when I brought a new one they paid up. Finally after all of this the engine light comes back on, the car is in need of fuel pressure sensors after paying £40 for the sensor and another £60 for labour I then contact R&K to get them to cough up. Do they? No. They continue to ignore all of my texts from the 19th of April 2024 baring in mind that I’m still “under their 3 month 3000 mile warranty”The car has been in the garage about 5 times in less than 3 months and the total amount they have paid me back is £71. They were quick enough to take my money but as soon as it’s their turn they don’t want to pay up!

WE CALLED THIS CUSTOMER SEVERAL TIMES AND DISCUSSED GIVING MONEY TOWARDS THESE REPAIRS ON HIS 17 YEAR OLD FORD FOCUS ST HE PURCHASED FROM US. WE ARE ALWAYS PLEASANT AND TRY TO BE HELPFUL. THIS CUSTOMER TEXT US A COUPLE A COUPLE OF DAYS AGO TO TELL US THAT HE HAD SOME WORK DONE AND WE CALLED HIM FRIDAY NIGHT TO SAY WE WOULD CALL HIM IN THE MORNING TO DISCUSS. WE HAVE BEEN REALLY BUSY LATELY AND I APPOLIGISED FOR NOT GETTING STRAIGHT BACK TO HIM ON THE DAY. WE TAKE OUR REVIEWS AND FEEDBACK VERY SERIUOSLY AND AS BUSINESS ARE TRULEY SORRY THAT WE TOOK OVER A 1 DAY TO CONTACT YOU BACK ABOUT GIVING YOU SOME MONEY TOWARDS THE MINOR REPAIRS ON THE FORD FOCUS ST YOU PURCHASED FROM US NEARLY 3 MONTHS AGO. I HOPE EVERYTHING IS SORTED NOW AND YOUR 17 YEAR OLD CAR IS OK NOW.

A very pleasant experience! Didnt buy the car but i feel like a feedback is well deserved. Went to see a bmw, saw it, loved but due to the high mileage the finance company declined the car. I have paid a deposit on the car and to be honest i wasnt expecting it back but BUT i received my £200 deposit back. Daniel was nice and helpful. Thank you guys.

Travelled today an hour & half to view a couple of cars at this garage after booking a test drive! Had a courtesy call from Daniel to reassure me that both cars were still available & said on arrival just have a look around then give him a shout. He popped out introduced himself gave me both sets of keys explained a bit about each car then again left us to look. After a test drive Daniel came back to us & chatted & we gave him our decision! No hard sell just polite chat & a bit of banter & one happy customer with a shiny Audi Q3

Bought a BMW x1 25d M Sport from these guys, Gave a very good Trade-In Price of our Previous Mini Countryman SD. Absolutely brilliant service, would recommend. They have some amazing stock as well. The car we bought was in Very Good Condtion and looked really good.
