Travelled today an hour & half to view a couple of cars at this garage after booking a test drive! Had a courtesy call from Daniel to reassure me that both cars were still available & said on arrival just have a look around then give him a shout. He popped out introduced himself gave me both sets of keys explained a bit about each car then again left us to look. After a test drive Daniel came back to us & chatted & we gave him our decision! No hard sell just polite chat & a bit of banter & one happy customer with a shiny Audi Q3

Bought a BMW x1 25d M Sport from these guys, Gave a very good Trade-In Price of our Previous Mini Countryman SD. Absolutely brilliant service, would recommend. They have some amazing stock as well. The car we bought was in Very Good Condtion and looked really good.

Viewing a skoda octavia dsg me and my friend talking to each other sales person comes out of the blue and starts talking rude to us God knows if its because we are not the same colour but he definitely was aggressive for no reason

We normally take every review very seriously and do not agree in the feedback on this one. The customers were trying to get money off by knocking the cars quality. This resulted in the salesman asking them to leave. We are not a racist company and this review is ridiculous to assume that. The customer obviously was not happy because it did not go there way.

The most relaxed way I have ever bought a car , Danial was very laidback and a pleasure to deal with , the car drives lovely, I highly recommend this garage and will definitely be back

I had a perfect buying experience. Even in my less than perfect situation, buying from outside the UK in preparation for my family’s return from living abroad. The car was a trade in and good value for money was the term use by my dad and brother who picked it up for me and did the test drive. Thank you for working with me when it must have sounded like a scam. I will be recommending you guys to friends.

Communicated with Ben regarding an Audi A1 automatic that has fantastic specification and in immaculate condition for its age and miles. The car exceeded my expectations and was absolutely stunning. Unfortunately, the S Line suspension was too stiff for my personal preference however it is a fantastic car and I would have bought if not for this. This is not a reflection on the dealer or the specific car but probably due to me mainly owning SE models of Audi's. Would definitely recommend R K Autohouse and I thank Ben for answering all my questions, and there were a lot!

Found the car on auto trader and went to have a look and a test drive. Great selection of cars all sourced from reputable dealers. I cross checked the one I bought with a BMW dealer and everything was exactly as stated. Daniel the salesman was excellent and even had the wheels returned to the original colour as the owner has a habit of painting everything black :-) Very impressed with the whole process, Thanks to Daniel and the team at R And K!

A 340 mile round trip to buy a car? Well worth it, what a stunning car! I arranged everything with Dan before I left, the car was waiting for me test drive when I got there. All the staff I spoke to at R&K went out of the way to be helpful and courteous. All the vehicles I saw there were of exceptional quality and worth driving miles for, genuine honest cars at good value! See you in a few years for my next car Dan.
